This is 100% rumor with no confirmation whatsoever. Michael Kay, however, the voice of the Yankees, mentioned on his ESPN radio show that this list has leaked and he believes it to be credible. I, on the other hand, do not.
It seems as though an overwhelming number of players are big names. There are pretty much no scrubs on this list. And I would think that if every player had been tested, the odds of 95% of the 103 players being all stars is highly improbable.
Anyway, here is the list.
